The new release “Things Not in Nature” will be available for download in the Store, soon. Iwas hoping for a new year release, but…things break down. It’s been nearly a year of hard work, education, patience, and frustration; but now it is done, and as soon as we get over these small obstacles we will be ready to go.
12 songs of independent pop/rock, purveying regret, longing, reevaluation, and heaping doses of loud adult angst, while remaining mature and melodic. (Boy, I hope they’re that nice.)
Are most of my posts videos of dead people? Can someone please find the cure for that? This is getting depressing! At any rate, Jerry Reed had a long, long resume, and many many years of success; it’s such sweet sorrow to see him go. What a coincidence that today was the day I chose to quit smoking…hopefully this sad reminder will help it stick.
Mexican poet Coral Bracho and translator reading 3 poems. These are outstanding! I haven’s heard such rich, sensual poetry like this in a very long time, I hope you enjoy them!

2 new songs written on the mandolin (thanks sarah!) Both written in approx. 15 minutes each. It’s just good that the juices are flowing again. Let me know what y’all think!
Getting closer to a final mix, with this one I’ve added some bass guitar and tweaked the mix a bit. Still more to come as far as vocal parts, tho, and I’m thinking a September ceremony for the final release of “Things Not In Nature” so stay tuned!
Don’t you hate it when theres a band right in front of your face you shunned because of something as superficial as not liking their name? Well, thats what I did with Someone Still Loves You, Boris Yeltsin. I’ve already kicked myself in the ass, especially when I hear songs Like these, from their latest album Pershing!
Also playing locally next month!
