If there is a website that sells something like this, that would also be very helpful as I might need more than one at some point.

Do you want to switch between two different sets of numbers? or multiple sets?

For that price, you will have to find it already designed and for sale, and you have to answer the above questions in detail to determine that. You won'd find someone to design and build a custom circuit for that price.
