Alright, I noticed that my download speed is super slow. I went to tutorials, but to no avail, it still isn't working properly. On the bottom of the screen there is a "!" and it said nobody could connect or whatever. I followed all instructions to get a static I.P. as well as followed all instructions to forward the port. It still is not working. What Am I doing wrong? The following screen shot is what I am getting at the moment. As you can see, this thing is going way too slow. Any suggestions? The Windows firewall is turned off....only other thing i have is AVG...
